Performance Above All

Here, after all has been said, deliberated, done, we stand, fall, rise and revolve on one word. It is the difference between triumph and tragedy, success and sadness. In all mandated operations, interactions, considerations and conversations, that word ensures consistency of delivery and is the only meaningful standard for self-assessment. It is the beginning, it is the end: it is everything of all our endeavour here. Because, however else we might look to justify our existence, whatever our value propositions, visions, values, nothing means very much – or anything at all really – if we are not, above all else, invested in PERFORMANCE.
